What is Sezzle?
Sezzle is a Buy Now, Pay Later payment option that lets you split your purchase into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks instead of paying all at once.
Is Sezzle available in-store and online?
Currently, Sezzle is only available in-store.
How does Sezzle work?
- Shop like usual in-store.
- When you are ready to check out, open the Sezzle App and:
- Search for and select Dunham’s Sports
- Enter the total Purchase Amount (including taxes) in the Sezzle App
- Review the amount and accept the terms to create and activate your single-use card
- Add your single-use card to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet
- Tap to Pay at the terminal using your Sezzle single-use card
- You will automatically pay the first installment today once you check out.
- The remaining payments are automatically charged every 2 weeks.
Is there interest or hidden fees?
Sezzle payments are interest-free when payments are made on time. Late fees may apply if a payment is missed.
Do I need a credit check?
Sezzle does not impact your credit score. They may run a soft credit check (or “soft inquiry”) to determine your spending power, but there is no negative impact to your credit score.
What purchases qualify for Sezzle?
All in-store purchases of at least $20 qualify.
Is there a maximum spend with Sezzle?
You can spend up to your current available spending power shown in the top of the Sezzle App.
When will my payments be charged?
- 1st payment: at checkout
- 2nd payment: 2 weeks later
- 3rd payment: 4 weeks later
- 4th payment: 6 weeks later
You’ll receive reminders before each payment.
What happens if I miss a payment?
Sezzle may charge a late fee and pause your ability to use the service until your balance is paid.
Can I pay off my balance early?
Yes! You can log in to your Sezzle account and pay off your remaining balance anytime, with no penalty.
What if I return an item?
If your return is approved, your Sezzle payment plan will be updated or refunded in accordance with Dunham’s return policy.
Is Sezzle safe to use?
Yes. Sezzle uses secure encryption and payment protection to keep your information safe.
Who can use Sezzle?
- At least 18 years old
- Have a U.S. or Canadian phone number
- Have a valid payment method
Approval is not guaranteed.
Can I use coupons with Sezzle?
Yes, you can use coupons with Sezzle like you would with any other payment method. Coupons must be applied before payment.
Can I use Sezzle with other forms of payment?
You cannot combine Sezzle with other payment methods within the same transaction.
Are any products excluded from Sezzle?
Sezzle can be used on all products.
