Dunham’s Sports Website
The Dunham’s Sports website focuses on product information and content; At this time, we do not include the functionality to purchase products online or direct-ship to customers. Additionally, not all products available at the store are currently displayed online, and we will continue to add more products and corresponding information to the website.

Product Availability/Product Limitations
For specific product availability and questions, please contact your nearest Dunham's store (Note: store personnel can also contact a neighboring store to see if product is available). To locate your local Dunham's, please visit our store locator (Store Locator) and the corresponding phone number for the store will be provided.

Dunham's reserves the right to limit quantities on product purchases by the same person or and/or limitation on quantities of a product purchased by the same person on the same day. Dunham's reserves the right to prohibit purchases of any product to resellers. Resellers are defined as a company or an individual that purchases goods with the intention of selling them rather than using them.

Price Matching
If a Dunham’s store, or another competitor, has available stock for sale on the exact item you purchased (or plan to purchase) at Dunham’s Sports at a lower price, we will refund 100% of the difference.* To receive your refund, present your Dunham’s Sports sales receipt and Dunham’s acceptable documentation of the lower price within 30 days of the original purchase. Please present this information at your local Dunham’s store.

* – This 30 Day Price Guarantee does not apply under the following conditions:

  • The competitor’s item is not an identical match to our item
  • The competitor is out of stock of the item
  • The competitor is not within 5 miles of our store
  • Internet Retailers
  • Manufacturer’s Rebate
  • Non – Retail Business
  • Mail Order Catalogs
  • Dealers
  • Limited Quantity or One of a kind sales
  • Floor Samples
  • Going out of business, Liquidation, or similar events
  • Holiday or seasonal clearance
  • Flea Markets or similar events


Gift Cards
At this time, Gift Cards can be purchased at any of our Dunham’s  Sports stores or online at Additionally, Dunham’s Gift Card balance inquires can only be obtained at the store level. Please bring your gift card into your local Dunham’s Sports store and they will obtain your balance.

Please note: On the back of every Dunham’s gift card it states “After 24 consecutive months of non-use, a fee of $2.10 per month will be deducted, in arrears, from the remaining balance of the card, except where prohibited by law.”

Dunham’s Sports offers a layaway program. Layways require a minimum 20% deposit and must be paid off within 30 days. There is no required payment schedule or additional fees.

Out-of-State Gun Purchases
Dunhams Sport’s policy is that we only sell firearms to in-state residents with a drivers license/state ID from within the state the store is located. Note: Some exceptions apply, see store for details. We apologize for any inconvenience.

3rd-Party Transfer of Firearms
Dunham’s stores DO NOT facilitate the third party transfer of any firearms.


Return & Exchange Policy

Item Returns/Exchanges Requirements

  • No receipt = No Exchange, No In-Store Credit and No Refund.  Manufacturer contacts may be provided, if defective.
  • Dunham’s receipt dated within 60 days of purchase is required.
  • Merchandise must have Dunham’s ticket attached and all original packaging and accessories.
  • Merchandise must be new, unused with no visible signs of wear.
  • However, if the merchandise is defective, we will gladly exchange it or honor the manufacturer’s warranty.
  • A valid driver’s license or state I.D. may be required for returns or exchanges.

I Don’t Want The Item

  • Exchanges are available.  Please shop around first and see if anything else fills the bill.  For refunds, you must present the original sales receipt and pass the Item Return/Exchange Requirement above.  Refunds are issued based on your original method of payment, with these exceptions:
    • Debit and Check purchases less than $250, will receive Cash back.
    • Cash, Debit and Check purchases over $250 will receive a Check mailed from corporate within 30 business days of return.

Non-refundable items include (but not limited to):

  • Firearms
  • Ammunition
  • Gift Cards
  • Swimsuits
  • All Undergarments, including athletic supporters
  • Worn Footwear
  • Bats
  • Boats and Motors
  • Opened tents, screen houses, or dining canopies
  • Labor and/or Assembly/Installations and extended warranties
  • Some opened items may not be eligible for return
