ive had this product for 3.5 months. i have had to make several calls about the distance scale is so out of tolerence. 3.9 = 3 mph. the console has locked up on me and cannot use treadmill. will try again to get ahold of reebok. as usual they are not open on weekends...(when most people would be operating the equipment. my belt is wearing out...after each use i have to wipe off all the resin fron the belt wearing. of course the customer service only stated that i needed to lube the belt more. and as you guessed it...that didnt seem to matter. dont waste your money or time with this machine.

I am usually on my treadmill twice a week, and as I stated before it hasn't failed me yet. And what I like most about it is the feel of walking on it. Doesn't feel hard on your feet or knees.
