it did NOT come with an owners manual so i had i put it together myself without ANY instruction.

The boxes are heavy and the hardware needs to be marked when you take it out. The HW is covered by plastic that can tear the numbers. Look over the pulleys on the floor models...this helps with assembly...which requries a freind and a few hours. Don't get someone who is mechanically stupid.
Once together it is awsome! I enjoy it daily and would buy it again.
