We use this dutch oven at work, amongst a bunch of guys and the few times we've cooked with it, the food has been spectacular. First, we made chuck roast with brown mushroom gravy and it was awesome. The roast fell apart and the gravy had a campfire taste to it. Then we made chili in it a week later and again, it was awesome! Anyone can use this. Its great for work, especially if you work at a shop or on the road, cause its like an oven. The thing that I would say is the most important, is dont forget to season and cure your dutch oven before the initial first use. Awesome!
